For best results, be sure to take the products as directed:

• Drink Flush after sex (if sexually active) and at least every 3 days, up to 3 times daily.
• Take 2 capsules of Defend daily.
• Take 1 capsule of Promote daily for 15 consecutive days.

For the remainder of the month, take a break from Promote. However, continue taking Flush and Defend while Promote is "off." Restart the 15-day regimen at the beginning of each month for month-long support.
